More Than a Coffee Shop: Meet Happy Brew
The Fashion PAWty is hosted at Happy Brew, a nonprofit community café in Jacksonville with a mission close to our own: meaningful employment, job training, and belonging for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their motto says it all — "We Brew Possabilities."
A ministry first and a business second, Happy Brew builds an inclusive community where people of all abilities work, connect, and share hope — one cup of coffee at a time. Only about 13% of Floridians with intellectual disabilities are employed, and Happy Brew is changing that with every hire.
It's the perfect home for a celebration of accessibility — and the reason the orange carpet rolls out here.
